We at Wennersten Dental Care are excited to have the opportunity to serve as your family’s dental office. Our office is always accepting new patients.
For adult patients, your first appointment at our office will be an exam to establish you as a patient of record, with a full comprehensive exam by the doctor where we can address any concerns you might have in regard to your dental health or aesthetics. If you have x-rays from a previous dentist, you can request that they be forwarded to our office via Email. To conserve time, new patients can download, print, and fill out their new patient forms here. After your first appointment, we will schedule you for an appointment with a hygienist in the near future.
For children, we customarily schedule a cleaning appointment with one of our hygienists in which the doctor also conducts his comprehensive oral exam. New patient health history questionnaires for children can be downloaded here.
For children age 3 and under, the doctor will perform an initial evaluation to confirm the growth and health of your child’s deciduous teeth, and to aid in helping your child grow accustomed to the atmosphere and activities of a dental office and appointment.
For our patients with dental insurance:
Our office participates with both Delta Dental and Blue Cross Blue Shield, but is considered out-of-network for most providers. We recommend you confirm your level of out-of-network benefits with your insurance provider before scheduling an appointment.
