Each December, Next Level Practice hosts the Healthies Awards—an annual recognition honoring practices and team members who exemplify excellence in patient care, leadership, and team culture.
All practices within the Next Level community participate, with team members nominating colleagues across multiple categories to recognize those who consistently go above and beyond. Final award recipients are selected by the Next Level leadership team and announced live during a community-wide meeting—always as a surprise.
We’re proud to share that Dr. Ioshida and Mayumi were selected as 2025 Healthies Award winners, joining a tradition of excellence within our practice. In previous years, members of our team have also been honored, including Dentist of the Year and Assistant of the Year recognitions.

Mayumi is far more than a team leader—she is the backbone of our practice. With a deep understanding of every aspect of the office, she consistently supports both patients and team members while keeping everything running seamlessly. Her advocacy, enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to step in wherever needed make a meaningful difference every single day.
